About these terms
By using dartler.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. They are governed by Indian law, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has access.
Pricing and availability
All prices are in Indian Rupees and include GST unless stated otherwise. Prices and stock can change without notice. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and refund it in full.
Orders we may decline
We may decline or cancel an order where there is an obvious pricing error, where stock is unavailable, or where we suspect fraudulent use of a payment method.
Intellectual property
The Dartler name, logo, product photography and site content belong to [merchant legal entity]. Please do not reuse them without written permission.
